Anissa Wong, boss of Environmental Protection Dept, was in audience. Along with others, tried to encourage her to do the right thing; but in the brief discussion afterwards she just dead-batted idea for plastic bottle deposits; refused mandatory scheme even tho this was EPD policy in 2005 [linked before; not working July 2022].
